Low calorie does not mean low on nutrients; thus, it is vital to take low-calorie healthy foods. Here are some versatile, nutritious, low-calorie foods that make you full and lose weight.Some people say abs are made in the kitchen.

Typically a two-third cup serving of Greek yogurt provides about 130 calories. A study on 20 women showed that yogurt snack affected their appetite compared to high-fat chocolate snacks. It can be put into smoothies, desserts and also used as an evening snack.
